The State Government convened a special Taskforce between September 2023 and March 2024 to help guide the State’s efforts to address family and domestic violence.  An outcome of the Taskforce was the Strengthening Responses to Family and Domestic Violence - System Reform Plan 2024 - 2029 (System Reform Plan) comprising 17 interrelated reform actions across four key domains: Risk Assessment; Risk Management; Information Sharing, and Workforce Development.

A consultant will be engaged to prepare a report that generates insights into patterns of FDV offending, risk factors, events and demographics of perpetrators and opportunities to strengthen risk identification.
