The Clean Energy Regulator requires a suitably experienced and qualified program assurance advisor. The objective of the work of this officer is to provide independent assurance to the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) of the CER program of approved digital projects. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing program assurance controls and monitoring projects for delivery against expected timelines, budget, outcomes and benefits.

The role will also be responsible to the SRO for the provision of a Delivery Confidence Assessment (DCA) and rating on a regular basis that will be shared with the DTA (currently semimanual). In planning for, and executing the assurance assessments, the CER is looking for an individual who is willing to contribute as a program assurance advisor, rather than simply being a provider of assessment documentation.
