The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (TCOF) is held each spring in the Toowoomba Region. Now in its 75th year, the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers attracts over 470,000 attendances and is an integral part of the region's cultural and economic identity. The event has strong importance for the city's morale and highlights the best the Garden City has to offer.

TCOF incorporates 20 flagship events, which are hosted by Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) including a Side Show Alley activation. The Side Show Alley event is held across 3 days in the heart of the CBD in the beautiful Queens Park.

The Sideshow Alley event brings rides, games, show bags, entertainment and food stalls to beautiful Queens Park, Toowoomba.

This event is to include food vendors, and predominantly a variety of safe, fun rides, games, show bags and entertainment along with the provision of fireworks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
