The City of Sydney ("the City") invites Requests for Tender for the carrying out of Head Design Consultancy Services for the Alexandria Park Renewal in accordance with this request.

Alexandria Park is a significant green space in Alexandria, heavily utilised by a broad cross-section of the community including local children and carers, dog-walkers and commuters enjoying passive and active recreation. The project will improve the quality and amenity of the park's overall condition through the renewal of the park's recreational amenity including playground, fitness, pathways, lighting and tennis court facilities. The Alexandria Park Renewal will improve the quality of open space and play experiences and enhance the amenity of green spaces in our neighbourhoods. The project will include a Schematic phase which considers a staged 10-year plan for the park and Construction Documentation for Stage One works.

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this Request for Tender.

Site Visit:

A site visit will take place on Thursday 27 February 2025 at 10:00am. All tenderers are required to confirm their attendance by COB Tuesday 25 February by contacting the Procurement Contact - Abbey Bertrams (abertrams@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au).
