This ‘request for tender’ is for the purpose of procuring a Private Certifier to provide various services for the entirety of the Cultural Connection Hub Project. The proposed project entails a rebuild of Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council's (GLALC) current 103 Moore Street Liverpool site. The Cultural Connection Hub will offer a wide range of cultural amenities, including a café, Meeting Place, multifunction gallery space, a Keeping Place, Cultural Education Centre, and a rooftop level with function facilities and an interactive Greenzone. The project is funded by WSIGP.
