Transport for NSW (TfNSW) seeks Proposals from suitable Respondents who can meet the Conditions of Participation in relation to the Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme (TTSS) ‘Gen 3’ Solution.
Project goals
The vision is to deliver a new, flexible end to end TTSS solution that delivers on the following project objectives
Provider Neutral Access, Simplify the TTSS end to end process, Improve the participant experience and, Improve the service provider experience
Scope
The Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme (TTSS) provides subsidised taxi transport for residents of New South Wales (NSW) who have qualifying disabilities. Over 38,000 participants have been actively using the scheme over the past 3 years. The scheme has been operating for 40 years and originally used paper travel dockets. TTSS introduced a Smartcard system in 2020 which has provided an improved experience for participants.
The vision of this Procurement is to deliver a new, flexible end to end TTSS solution that delivers on the following project objectives:
