The City of Busselton (the City or the Principal) is inviting Tenders for the provision and maintenance of gym equipment, including associated software and hardware and the removal of existing equipment from the Geographe Leisure Centre (GLC), Busselton.

The successful Tenderer is to provide the following goods and services:

1. Part 1 - Supply of New Gym Equipment:

a. Supply, deliver and install new gym equipment and associated software and hardware to support equipment functions at the GLC.

b. Facilitate the trade in and removal of outgoing equipment GLC equipment.

2. Part 2- Servicing:

a. Provide quarterly servicing and maintenance over a 5-year contract term for both new and existing gym equipment at the GLC.
