Project goals
This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites suitably qualified contractors to submit their interest in undertaking testing and tagging services of electrical equipment for TAFE NSW. The EOI will require the contractors to complete a capability matrix nominating the TAFE NSW campus locations they can service.
The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of contractors that will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Scope
The scope of this procurement activity includes the inspection, testing, tagging and reporting of portable electrical equipment in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2010 and AS/NZS 3012:2010.
TAFE NSW is seeking to establish arrangements that provide value for money outcomes for TAFE NSW, with preference to engage directly with qualified contractors who have the in‐house capacity to service all campuses either statewide or per region. In establishing these arrangements, TAFE NSW is seeking to minimise subcontracting activities.
