Home Affairs Strategic Policy Division seeks support from a provider to strengthen Home Affairs relationships with select Pacific Island Countries (PICs) through international capacity building, namely improving technology outcomes for counterpart agency’s border systems and processes.

Australia has provided assistance to PICs in acquiring IT systems and support in providing project establishment and management assistance also needed. Therefore, Home Affairs requires the services of a capable Seller to establish project delivery, governance and oversight arrangements on behalf of the PIC to aide in the seamless delivery of the IT system project. Additionally, Home Affairs seeks to further support for PICs through scoping, analysing and mapping out their current and future immigration and border management technology footprint, developing a high level roadmap and plan that can assist them in making future, secure and sustainable IT investment decisions.
