The City of Greater Geelong (the City) is seeking the services of an experienced Contractor to provide Construction of a new Chemical Store & Learn to Swim Store at the Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre.

Project Overview:

The scope of work includes, building works, site works, excavation, civil construction, service connection and extensions, and landscaping works. Contractor is to allow for all works reasonably considered as within the scope of works as described within the contract documents. Contractor to allow for any required make good associated with the works.
