The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (The Department) is seeking to engage an experienced seller with the capability and specialist expertise to conduct an accessibility audit on a new Australian Government portal to ensure it complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA (or higher). The seller will be required to provide specialist accessibility services and advice for the Airport Building Control Online (ABCO) Portal, including:

- Conducting manual and automated testing using assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, keyboard navigation tools).

- Delivering a detailed audit report outlining findings, test methodology, and recommendations for remediation.

- Providing a WCAG conformance statement upon completion of the audit and rectification work.

The Statement of Requirements (SOR) in the RFQ provides further details on the expected deliverables and scope of services.
