The NSW Department of Education seeks expressions of interest from organisations with capability to provide financial or in-kind support for the CAPERS arena production (Tamworth) in November 2025.

Project goals

The NSW Department of Education is offering a range of opportunities for organizations to support CAPERS, an arena-style performance by students that unites local communities in celebration of the talents of public school students and teachers from the New England area of NSW. This event, held every two years, will take place at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre on Friday, November 7, and Saturday, November 8, 2025.

The goal is to foster student achievement, equity, and self-expression. By actively engaging in collaborative artistic activities students develop confidence and motivation, which can lead to improved attendance, academic performance, and overall well-being.

Our partners contribute support that enhances the CAPERS experience for over 2,000 students, 120 teachers and over 4,000 audience members. The department in return provides profiling and other benefits.

The CAPERS prospectus details current opportunities for:

• sponsorship
• value-in-kind support

The event offers sponsors the opportunity to:

• demonstrate corporate social responsibility
• engage with teachers, students and school communities from across the New England region of NSW
• create brand awareness
• access valuable insights into target audiences.

Scope

Organisations are invited to express interest in providing cash or value-in-kind sponsorship contributions for CAPERS 2025.

Tailored sponsorship packages may be negotiated to meet your organisation's objectives.
