Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Works Contractor for the upgrade of offices and building infrastructure at Wyong administration building. The works is to provide external waterproofing work to various areas of the existing roof and canopy areas to building B.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.

A Non-Mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held commencing Tuesday 11th March 2025 at 10.00am on site at Central Coast Council Wyong Administration Building 2 Hely St Wyong NSW 2259 (Meeting at reception).

Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Cameron Thompson no later than 4PM Friday 7th March with the names and organisation of those attending.
