Construction and upgrades of Ten (10) residential streets within the township of Quorn.

It is to be noted that the schedule of quantities only features nine roads, an additional road will be included in the scope and project to be completed by the successful tenderer.

The layout of the site is contained in annexures attached to this tender package. The work shall be carried out per the principal’s design, specifications, and other documents.

The successful contractor will supply labor, machinery, and materials specified. Council will supply the base material required for the project and will organise the final sealing component of the work.

The successful tenderer will be required to submit the specified WHS documents, this will include a Safety Management Plan for the project.
