ABOUT THE TENDER:

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced proponents for contract CON00572 Construction of Traffic Signals corner of Harbour Drive and Hardacre Street, Coffs Harbour. This contract will be made under the City's AS4000 General Conditions of Contract, a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.

ENQUIRIES:

Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Greg Hughes Project Manager via the online forum. All enquiries must be made via the online portal and the cut-off time and date for enquiries is Friday 21 March 2025 at 3pm AEDST.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of City staff or councillors will render that proponents submission ineligible for evaluation in the RFT process
