You are invited to make a submission for this proposed Contract. The City of Canning is seeking the submission of a lump sum tender to deliver upgrade works at Riverton Leisureplex, High Rd, Riverton.

As part of the City's Annual Asset Management Programme, capital renewal and upgrade works have been identified for the building. The scope of works is broadly summed up as follows:

Comprising of the proposed upgrade works as detailed below and split into 3 consecutive Stages. Stage 1 (Bill Cole Function Centre), Stage 2 (Foyer), and Stage 3 (Fitt Factory) as the preferred delivery approach.

The staging scope is broadly summarised as follows:

Stage 1 (BCFC) Upgrade the HVAC system to the Bill Cole Function Centre, with associated building works. Including the pre function foyer area & external HVAC compound.

Stage 2 (Foyer) Upgrade the HVAC system in the main foyer, with associated building works.

Stage 3 (Fitt Factory) Upgrade the HVAC system in the Fitt Factory, with minor works to the cycle studio and associated building works.

Worksite access and laydown area are shown on the following page (Indicative only. To be confirmed with successful Contractor on site.) The rear door will need to be clear for staff member to access the building for open and close and to arm the alarms.

The resultant contract will be awarded to a single contractor to satisfy all requirements.
