Opportunity requirements

Tenders are invited from contractors for the construction of Training Facility Upgrade Works for the Chullora Stage 4 Project. The key project objectives are to:

a) Improve training facilities at Gate 15, 3 Worth Street to allow for expansion of future demands; and

b) To upgrade the current amenities block.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed) in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password to access the Request for Tender documents.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.

Site Inspection

A mandatory site inspection will be held at 10:00am on 12 March 2025, enter at Gate 3, 2 Worth Street, Chullora (Gate 15). Attendees will be responsible to provide their own transport. Tenderers will be permitted a maximum of two (2) attendees at the TfNSW convened site inspection. For registration and to access the rail corridor Attendees are required to be in possession of a current RIW Card or a mobile phone with the Vircarda App registered with their RIW details. Attendees are required to pre-register by e-mail to the Contact Officer by 3.00pm on Tuesday 11 March 2025, providing the names of all attendees and RIW card details.
