CSV currently has a panel of suppliers for the delivery of Transcription Services.

This panel covers the following categories of Transcript Services:

• Running Transcripts

• Delayed Transcripts

• Hearing Transcripts

• Real-Time Transcripts

• In Court Stenography

• Secure Transcripts

• Record Only.

The panel currently expires on 30 June 2026. To assist with preparation of CSV’s future service delivery, CSV is seeking RFIs from suitably qualified organisations to assist in identifying options and solutions for potential enhanced delivery of transcript services to CSV.

Note to Respondents

Respondents should note the following in relation to this RFI.

(a) This RFI is not an offer. It is a formal request to provide information in relation to CSV's requirements. Nothing in this RFI is to be construed as creating any binding contract for the supply of Goods and/or Services (express or implied) between the Organisation and any Respondent.

(b) CSV may use information within a Response to inform its requirements and approach to future market activities.

(c) Notwithstanding this, CSV makes no commitment to conduct a future market activity or procurement
