Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at Tottenham Sewer Treatment Plant, No 84, Brownies Lane, Tottenham on the 25/03/2025 at 11AM.

Tenderers are requested to confirm, via email to the Principals Contact Person, that they will attend the pre-tender meeting at least 3 Business Days prior to the nominated date

Two-Envelope Tender

Please submit as two separate files when you lodge your response.

To lodge a response, click the RESPOND button to submit your electronic tender response. Suppliers must submit their response into the buy NSW system before 3pm on the close date. Responses can be submitted and edited multiple times until the opportunity closes, with only the most recent submission being submitted.

Once submitted, the tender opportunity will move from ‘In Progress’ to ‘Submitted’ on your Tenders dashboard. A detailed system-generated email will be sent to the registered contact for all successfully received response files, and a notification will appear on your dashboard.

Don’t miss the 3pm deadline! Allow at least an hour before the tender closes to complete your submission, upload documents, and contact support if needed.

Uploading large files: The upload time depends on the supplier’s internet speed. Files are virus scanned and encrypted once uploaded. Suppliers are encouraged to upload early and wait until the upload bar completes to ensure success.

It is mandatory for a representative from your entity to attend the proposed pre- tender meeting. Please register your interest with the RFT contact, John Bevan, at the following email address: john.bevan@pwa.nsw.gov.au

2. Tender Response Schedules

This is a Two-Envelope tender. Please submit as two separate files when you lodge your response. The files can be zipped together to be submitted.

The first package (Envelope 1) is for Tender Schedules and other documents containing information responding to the non-price tender evaluation criteria and must not include any price information.

The second package (Envelope 2) is for the Tender Form and any other Tender Schedules containing price information. Price information includes Contract Prices, Rates, Lump Sum Amounts, Provisional Sums, Provisional Rate Amounts and Amounts for Optional Additional Works or Alternative Tenders.

Once completed, save and upload your response. You can keep editing your response until 3pm of the closing date.
