Tender Description
The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) is seeking information from providers of knowledge management and interactive knowledge access platforms.
DEW has a considerable public-facing body of knowledge. DEW is undertaking a project to make some of this knowledge – i.e. knowledge related to dam safety, maintenance, operation and regulation in different locations and formats – more easily and quickly accessible in a more interactive self-service manner. While this knowledge is currently available via traditional content publishing methods, stakeholders face challenges accessing this knowledge and extracting what is relevant to their specific situations and information needs.
