DISR has completed a series of rapid modernisation activities aimed at uplifting their core services and are looking towards the next phase of its modernisation agenda. To ensure that all appropriate opportunities are highlighted, and gaps understood before progressing further with modernisation, DISR is seeking expert support in analysing the following key areas of its program of works:

• Network (technologies, VPN capability, monitoring capabilities, configuration)
• M365 (configuration, implementation)
• Proxy (configuration, implementation)

The buyer anticipates that this activity would be a shorter-term engagement of 6 - 8 weeks. The key deliverables will be a gap analysis and recommendations on future improvements (particularly configuration and technology).
