The Contractor must undertake Crane Maintenance and Routine Statutory Inspections for an initial period of two (2) years from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027 at Vales Point Power Station.

Optional extensions may be available at the discretion of the Principal.

LOCATION OF SITE

The Vales Point Power Station is located on the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, approximately 130 km north of Sydney, New South Wales, and approximately 3 km off the Pacific Highway North of Doyalson.

EXTENT OF WORK

The scope may include:

• Three-monthly statutory inspections
• Twelve-monthly statutory inspections
• Reporting
• Breakdown maintenance
• 10-yearly inspections
• Outage works
• Mechanical and structural 25-yearly inspections

MANDATORY PRE-TENDER SITE INSPECTION

All Tenderers must attend a mandatory Pre Tender meeting to be conducted at 09:00 am on 13 March 2025 at Vales Point Power Station. Companies who do not attend the mandatory Pre Tender meeting will not be eligible to submit a Tender.

Visitors to the Site must provide and wear their own safety hats, safety footwear, protective safety eyewear (clear glasses), long sleeved shirts (hi-vis) and long trousers or combination overalls (hi-vis).

It is expected that all companies have downloaded and reviewed all documents pertaining to the works prior to the site inspection.

Tenderers wishing to attend the pre-tender site inspection must contact the request manager at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to register their intention to attend.

Proof of identity will be required prior to entry.
