Gippsland PHN is seeking one or more providers to deliver falls, strength and balance programs that are tailored to older people aged 65+. It is anticipated that these programs will be delivered in multiple locations across Gippsland.

These programs will be delivered by suitability trained staff and should be evidence based.

Ideally the successful tender will engage with key local stakeholders to ensure there is broader promotion and support for this initiative.

These programs will be delivered in appropriate venues suitable for older people.
