Wollongong City Council wishes to engage a lessee to operate the cafe at the premises located at Stanwell Park Crown Reserve R83095, Part Lot 7304 DP 1142283, 2a Station Street, Stanwell Park NSW 2508 also known as Stanwell Park Beach Cafe. The Lease is for an initial period of five (5) years, with an option to extend for a further five (5) years in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
