Lake Maintenance (WA) Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Communities (DOC) is seeking EOI from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake PW10169 WK 5 Nightingall Drive SHAF Refurbishment  in the Broome area.

The purpose of this project is to complete 1 properties in Broome . EOI documents are available for downloads together with technical specification V11. The list of properties are in the final evaluation report.
