ASIC is seeking an experienced supplier for the delivery of an operating model and supporting implementation framework for a new and ongoing digital initiatives function in the Digital team. This function will drive innovation by exploring both new and existing technologies, aimed at enhancing productivity and creativity across ASIC through product testing, prototyping of new solutions, and the execution of pilot projects.

ASIC successfully innovates through small scale, proof-of-concept projects, however, we are seeking to mature our approach by creating and embedding a new digital initiatives function within the Digital team that can service all of ASIC and innovate through predictable and repeatable services. This function will assess the viability of new features and technologies in a controlled environment before full-scale implementation.
