This joint procurement is being run by the City of Marion on behalf of the Cities of Marion and Charles Sturt.

The services are for the Inspection and Maintenance of Lifts at buildings owned by the City of Marion and by the City of Charles Sturt.

Comprehensive inspection, maintenance and repair on a quarterly basis for passenger lifts, disability lifts and dumb waiter lifts.

Standard inspection and maintenance on an annual basis for lift tables at the City of Marion libraries.

A single Contractor will be appointed for the services at a single Council, and depending on the evaluation, the two Councils may appoint the same or separate Contractors.
