This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
FSANZ is seeking a service design expert to assess and enhance its stakeholder engagement and client services approach. The selected service provider will collaborate closely with FSANZ to evaluate current practices and provide recommendations for improvement that can support the agency’s strategic objectives, as outlined in the FSANZ corporate plan and potential future objectives related to the FSANZ Act Review. This will include refining stakeholder engagement communication processes and functions to ensure collaboration and message consistency across the agency.
