The opportunity is for the provision of generator and motor refurbishment services for wind turbines installed across out Wind Farm portfolio. Specifically the following:

- ABB and Weier/Vestas Generators installed at White Hill

- Elin Generators installed at Te Apiti

- ABB Generators installed at West Wind and Te Uku

We are looking for a supplier to carry out on-condition maintenance including inspection, repair, refurbishment and servicing on the motor and generator and electrical systems on wind turbine generators. Typical maintenance activities include:

- replacement of stator windings

- replacement of wedges

- replacement of bearings

- replacement of fans

- dynamic balancing

- provide surface finishing and protection

- any other minor repair work as required

- testing and commissioning

- failure, testing and commissioning reports

Additionally, we require the maintaining of free issue material and component inventory relating to the generator, motors, control and measurements systems associated with this opportunity.
