Project goals
Qualify proponent proposals for invitation to a select RFP process.
Scope
Sydney Water is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably resourced entities to curate and develop the 12ha Circular Economy Zone (CEZ) site in Kemps Creek into an eco-industrial park delivering circular economic outcomes, products and services that are commercially viable, sustainable and productive whilst attracting investment and economic activity and supporting Net Zero targets and Resource Recovery initiatives.
The primary objective of the CEZ is to activate the circular economy in the Western Parkland City. This EOI process will result in the shortlisting of proponents for invitation to a select Request for Proposal (RFP) process which aims to culminate in the agreement of a long-term lease, either for the entirety or a portion of the CEZ site, for the purposes of planning, developing, and curating Circular Economic operations.
