The Central NSW Joint Organisation (CNSWJO) invites suitably qualified and experienced provider/s to submit a Proposal for the Supply of Electricity to Small Market Sites upon the conditions set out in this RFP.

The contract to Supply Electricity to small market sites is expected to commence on or after 1 July 2025.

This RFP process will consist of 2 stages, including:

• Stage 1 – compliance and qualitative sections only
• Stage 2 – pricing only. Selected Proponents from Stage 1 will be invited to respond to Stage 2. CNSWJO reserves the right to invited as many or few Proponents through to Stage 2 as it deems necessary. Stage 2 will be released at a yet to be determined date.

Please read the questions carefully and ensure all requested documentation is attached. All responses must be input into the designated response areas within the online form. Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFP are to be made in writing through the tendering portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFP (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.
