Tender Description
Invercargill City Council requires delivery of a survey with residents of the city (including but not limited to ratepayers) where data is collected on a continuous basis throughout the financial year (1 July to 30 June) and reported quarterly.
The survey is required to deliver three types of data:
1. Performance
2. Topical issues
3. Level of service and investment
The results of this survey will be used to:
• Report on annual KPIs for different areas of Council
• Inform Councillors decision making as part of the Long-term Plan
• Inform Councillors and Executive leaders’ decision making in relation to strategic planning for delivery of Council services.
