Horsham Rural City Council invites you to submit a quotation for the detailed design of a new industrial subdivision to be developed within the Enterprise Estate precinct. This industrial estate will be bordered by Plumpton Rd to the north, Ballinger St to the east, Golf Course Rd to the south, and an informal dirt road and drainage basins to the west.

The new industrial subdivision will include fifty-four allotments.

The subdivision’s preliminary design has been provided and feature survey of the estate will be provide to successful tenderer with proposed staging of the development and indicated locations of 3 x cultural scar trees and 1 x cultural artefact.

The proposed details design must conform to the requirements of all relevant authorities, e.g.-Water and Drainage, Telstra, Powercor and VicRoads etc.

Council will work with the successful consultant to refine the design specifications and the detailed design to fit the requirements of the new development.
