ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Gilgandra is located in the central west of New South Wales approximately half way between Melbourne and Brisbane and approximately 45 minutes north of the regional centre of Dubbo. Gilgandra has a population of 2700 people with 4700 living in the district.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced building contractors to complete the proposed renovation and upgrade works as detailed within this Tender Document.

The tenders are to include all work associated with the renovation of the building and other works, as detailed, to ensure a quality renovated building and adjacent areas with a continued life span.
