Tender Description
The City of Cockburn ('the Principal') is seeking open market tenders for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out major redevelopment works at Beale Park in Kent Street, Spearwood.
The works will include demolition of the existing club room and associated structures, construction of the new buildings and carparks, upgrades to the sports lighting and all hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, acoustic, landscaping, and related works.
The project will be in separable portions forming Stage One and Stage Two, and the Principal expects Stage One to commence in October 2025 and be completed in April 2026. Stage Two is expected to be completed by December 2026.
Further information on the contract works is provided in the Scope of Works, Specifications and Drawings. Several consultant's reports are also provided for information.
