Fremantle Ports is seeking proposals for supply, implementation and support of a Digital Asset Life Cycle Cost Modelling (LCCM) tool ('the tool') that uses a data-driven approach, leveraging the asset register and other corporate data sources such as asset condition and criticality reports.

The tool must be a Commercial off the shelf (COTS) product in wide industry use rather than a product designed, or custom built for Fremantle Ports.

All submissions for Fremantle Ports Tenders must be lodged electronically through the Fremantle Ports, Oracle Supplier Portal. Instructions on how to do this are contained in the attached "User Guide for Suppliers responding to public negotiations" document.

Note: Fremantle Ports' Oracle Supplier Portal is separate to website. Submissions MUST NOT be made using website. Submissions made via uploading responses to website will not be accepted by Fremantle Ports.
