Tender Description
The works are the construction of a formal carpark on the site of the current gravel carpark, at the intersection of Moreland Avenue and Ranford Crescent, opposite the Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre.
The works include excavation, pavement layers, asphalt surfacing, kerbing, kerb ramps, permeable paving footpath, supply and plant trees and small plants. There is a 12-month landscape maintenance period.
The works also include augering and pouring the concrete footings for light poles; as well as trench excavation, conduit and pit installation and backfill for the lighting. The light pole reinforcement cages, holding down bolts, conduits, warning tape and pits will be supplied by Council's separately engaged Electrical Contractor.
A site briefing is not envisaged, unless requested by Tenderers.
