All cabinetry must be durable, low-maintenance, and complement existing interiors, featuring soft-close hinges, secure locking mechanisms, and compliance with accessibility standards.

The contractor must fabricate and install as per approved shop drawings, coordinate with relevant trades (electrical work by others), remove existing cabinetry where required, and ensure site protection and clean-up. A site visit with the project manager is mandatory, and all works must comply with Australian Standards and Building Codes. Manufacturer warranties and maintenance guidelines must be provided upon completion.
