CID is requesting proposals from an agent to act on behalf of CID to market and sell 3 land parcels. One in the East Frame Residential Precinct in Christchurch City Centre, and the other two forming part of the Parkiore recreation and sports centre site close to Christchurch City Centre. Overall, the key objectives and outcomes that CID is aiming to achieve are to:

• divest land in a manner that balances a desire to achieve good commercial outcomes (i.e achieving market value) against the Crown’s regeneration objectives.

• enhance the purpose and vision CID has for the land holdings; and

• build credibility and certainty in the marketplace.
