This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
IP Australia is seeking a market research recruitment provider that can source existing intellectual property (IP) rights holders for paid (incentivised) research activities such as surveys, interviews, and user testing. IP Australia staff will take the participants found by the recruiter and conduct these research activities internally.
The successful provider would be required to:
- Source research participants from their own panels and resources based on requirements from per-project briefs
- Depending on each brief, the participants may need to be based in Australia and be a currently registered trade mark, patent, design rights, or plant breeder’s rights holder.
- Provide the project lead with a schedule of participants
- Distribute incentives (payments) to research participants on behalf of IP Australia for their time
