Tender Description
Please find enclosed a Request for a Proposal (RFP) from Flinders University, for a Minor Works Panel arrangement.
This is an open market call and potential Respondents should note the mandatory minimum requirements for participation:
(a) Minimum Requirements
The Respondent must be compliant with the following minimum requirements:
i. public liability insurance (minimum $20m)
ii. professional indemnity insurance (minimum $10m)
iii. ReturnToWork or equivalent; and
iv. DPTI Pre-Qualification Level GB2 for general builders (not applicable to Certified Indigenous Business civil contractors)
v. Certified Indigenous Business (for Indigenous civil contractors only)
vi. Provision of last 3 years company financial records
vii. South Australian based Office presence
Please note there will be an online briefing at 3pm, on Thursday 13 March 2025, please refer to the Briefing notification for further information. There will be an opportunity for potential respondents to ask questions during the briefing, otherwise please direct any questions regarding the RFP to the University via the portal forum.
Respondents are requested not to contact any University personnel regarding the RFP during the process, other than the nominated University Representative.
