Purpose

DEECA is seeking responses to this request for tender (RFT) for the provision of recovery works along Moroka Road and Howitt Road in the Macalister district. The works– deliverables include patch gravel (re-sheeting) of several sections of road, maintenance grading, installation and clearing of culverts, and the clearing and reinstatement of drainage. 

Note that the maintenance grade of this road will include the section of Pinnacles Road leading up to the Pinnacles Fire tower carpark.

The material to be used under this contract for resheeting works will be sourced from the Parks Victoria managed Bennison Quarry, at no cost to the contractor, however the contractor will be required to extract and process the material to a suitable 40mm grade prior to use.
