APVMA’s current Liferay portal technical architecture includes multiple end-of-life (EOL) components that present security vulnerabilities and operational challenges. This project focuses on addressing these vulnerabilities through prioritised security measures and planning a migration strategy to a supported modernised platform. The phased approach ensures minimal disruption while aligning with APVMA’s strategic objectives.

APVMA seeks a quote for the initial Phase 1A of the project which includes the following.

Phase 1A

○ Discovery - Identifying the current state of the platform with an initial focus on security.

○ Remediation to improve the platform’s security posture addressing the highest (and achievable) security issues.

Objective: Conduct initial discovery to understand the current state, understand the complexity of the forms, address critical (achievable) security issues, and define a strategic roadmap.

Duration: 3 months (60 working days)
