City of Newcastle is inviting quotes from suitably qualified consultants for the research and development of a 10-year Cultural Plan. The Plan will articulate the role of local government as a partner, advocate, enabler, and investor in developing a cultural and creative ecosystem.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the respondent. Lodgement information is provided in the RFQ document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest quote or any quote submitted.
