Review and document ASIC’s current administered billing system (ETM) and supporting processes

• Using analysis of current state processes and discussions with key subject matter experts, identify and document future requirements to support ASIC’s administered revenue processes
• Conduct market research to identify a range of options to meet ASIC’s future requirements
• Develop a business case outlining available options, including a recommended direction. The business case is to be developed to the standards of a first pass business case under the Commonwealth Government’s ICT Investment Approval Process (ICT Investment Approval Process | Digital Transformation Agency)
• (Optional) – Subject to ASIC obtaining funding to support the future direction, develop appropriate procurement documentation to support an approach to market process
