Tender ID: 580425
Tender Details
Tender Description
The Government Communications Campaign Panel (SON3754402) is a coordinated procurement arrangement to service the diverse communications campaign service requirements of Australian Government entities. The GCCP is currently scheduled to expire on 30 June 2026.
The attached Industry Consultation Paper (Paper) provides information to interested parties on the current arrangement and the proposed upcoming tender process. Interested parties should provide their feedback and input by completing the industry consultation survey which can be accessed at https://forms.office.com/r/JQnWP1chpY. The survey consists of questions relating to the draft Head Agreement, which contains the commercial terms and the draft Statement of Requirement, which contains the description, specification, requirements and details of the proposed services.
The survey invites industry to provide feedback on the draft Head Agreement and draft Statement of Requirement which will be used as part of the upcoming proposed procurement process to establish the Arrangement and will form the basis of any subsequent contractual arrangement, if any. We ask that responding organisations, where possible, provide only one response for their entity with their collective feedback. To assist you in consolidating your responses, a list of the survey requirements has been published with the Paper.
This industry consultation process is not a notice or otherwise a part of any tender process, which is yet to be determined or commence.
Organisations that do not participate in this round of industry consultations will not be excluded for that reason from any subsequent approach to market, or otherwise disadvantaged as a result of their non-participation.
Government entities should not be contacted about this Paper or the potential upcoming approach to market. All questions and correspondence should be directed to Finance at GCCAprocurement@finance.gov.au
