The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Access Walkways at Kawana Waters SC, located at Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina QLD 4575, as part of the Ed4All program.
The project is located at the rear of the school with reasonable access from the school oval. It consists of the installation of a new playground, shade structure, pathways, soft fall and turf. All works are to be completed by July 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00.
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
