The City of Kwinana (Principal) requires a suitably qualified and proficient contractor to undertake the sweeping activity of City's Streets, footpaths, laneways, intersections, and carparks in accordance with City's Sweeping Programmes. The Contractor will supply all required plant, equipment, fuel, and operators to perform the schedule sweeping.

The City of Kwinana has approximately 484 km of sealed road network, 126,240m2 of Car Parking area and 365 km of footpath network which includes Asphalt and Concrete surface across the City of Kwinana. This contract is for the sweeping of sealed roads, car parks (Incl Parallel) and footpath. The City has monthly, weekly and quarterly sweeping scheduled around the year for various roads, footpaths and carparks.

Tenders will be deemed to have been made on the basis of and to incorporate the City's Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract for the supply of Goods and the Provision of General Services included in this document.
