The TAC is seeking a partner to co-design and deliver an integrated enterprise-wide learning experience for all leaders with people leadership responsibilities to embody, role model and coach others towards a favourable shift in organisational culture, and in alignment with constructive styles. The program must also deliver on six capability and skill areas that have been identified as being critical to support the execution of the TAC Strategy.

The partner must have accreditation to deliver the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory tool and the knowledge to design and deliver a leadership development program based upon uplifting the constructive styles of Achievement, Self-Actualising, Humanistic-Encouraging and Affiliative, relevant for varying leadership levels

The program content must incorporate concepts from a range of credible and relevant leadership development frameworks, and it is the TAC’s preference that this includes, but not be limited to, the Multipliers concepts developed by the Wiseman group.

The TAC is a government–owned enterprise, established under the Transport Accident Act 1986 (Vic) to reduce the social and financial cost of transport accident injuries to the Victorian community.

We pay for treatment and support services for people injured in transport accidents, promote road safety in Victoria and improve the state’s trauma system.
