The City of Canning is seeking contractors for periodic routine, reactive maintenance, servicing of air conditioning, and mechanical extraction equipment at various City facilities. The contract will contain two service and maintenance groups, as shown below:

a) Category Zone 1 Community based Facilities

b) Category Zone 2 Staff based Facilities

Contractor to provide all project management, labour, equipment and consumables required for the maintenance / service (including all spares), of the City's Air Conditioning and mechanical extraction systems per zone.

Supply, install and replace air conditioning and mechanical extraction systems when required.

Maintain and update register of the City's Air Conditioning and Mechanical Extraction Equipment

To be lodged via the City of Canning's eProcurement website.

Lodgement:

Tenders can only be lodged using the City's eProcurement website.

All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the City's Tender Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name; and lodged by the specified time and date.

Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
